			Can anyone run down the alarm sounds and what they mean?  I used to run my parents Grady and there was a placcard for the sounds but I have forgotten what they are. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			I am getting a solid beep at WOT, but no reduction in speed. From what I remember that is a fuel flow restriction and not a overheat. An overheat is the same alarm and usually reduced power....correct??? -Svence

			Overheat or an oil injection problem should activate the SLOW system and reduce the RPM's to 3000 RPM's or less. Your 2000 model will give you system check info if you have a guage that displays them and will tell you which one is triggering the buzzer.

			I have the guage but I haven't hooked it up yet.  I have the old harness and controls so this winter I am getting new controls so I can hook up the new harness I have sitting on the shelf.  It will be nice to have lights to tell me what is going wrong.

			you definatey need a syscheck guage with a 96 and newer, because what happens is that the horn will give a solid sound and then go off after about ten seconds. when it goes off it doesnt mean your problem has gone away, it just doesnt stay on like the older engines. after the horn goes off which ever light that was illuminated will stay lit untill the problem ceases.

			Getting the gauge working is my next thing on the boat, just need to find the cash for the controls.  I already picked up the harness and was hoping to easily use the old controls but figured I would just wait for a new set rather then splicing everthing.
