| Trouble after new carburator

Following the advice given in previous threads I changed the truck carburator for a 2300 Holley 300 cfm marine carb. At the same time I changed the fuel line. Today I took the boat out and when accellerating it will "bogg down" after 2500 rpms. Can this be a fuel delivery problem? Should I test it again with the old fuel line and see if this improves the problem? All help is really appreciated. I am about to call a boat mechanic and I think that is going to be painful. Here is a link to a video I shot while accellerating the boat. Sorry for the crummy shot but I was trying to shoot it and steer at the same time, You can actually hear the engine bogg down. http://www.docathome.us/BoatPictures/MVI_1908.AVI Thks
