Caught a bunch of trout & rock Saturday from 18 to 23", but nothing worthy of digging the scale out. Had lots of fun though.

Motor started dropping a cylinder or two at idle but ran fine at anything off idle? Have to try and find time to dig into that this week. Ain't complaining, the thing hasn't ever missed a beat on me. I figure it was due for a little love...

My V has been sitting on the trailer since July 27th b/c my buddy bought a 22ft Clearwater CC.

Which boat to fish?
I suppose that is a great problem to have but lately it has sucked for my beloved V21.
Glad I could help!

LOL

Its not set in stone yet but I think I am going to go with a block foundation, 2 x 6 stud walls, wood siding and metal roof. I need to get going on it - that's for sure! At this rate it will be 2020 before its done!

I am renting a auger and drilling 20, 12" holes for sona tubes. 3' deep. We have a frost here that will heave the building in the winter if I no get it down deep.

Hope to get that done soon, I am waiting for the tree guy to cut down a 60' pine tree first.

16 x 24 workshop to be built in the spring. Or maybe some in the winter if I feel up to it?

OK, entry #2 a bit bigger.....bluefish around 28" and 8 lbs 12 oz. You need to zoom in on the scale and see that it is just under 9 lbs a little more than half way between the 8.5 lbs and 9 lbs so I think 8 lb 12 oz. The picture with the tape has bright sun in the back so it's hard to see but if you zoom in you can just see the 27" marker near his mouth. I really need a new digital scale....

So, 8.75/24.8125 = 35.3%

I thought it was going to be over 10 lbs when I saw it but came in a little light. No other fish caught. I was initially going for blackfish but couldn't find any.

Funny you should ask Whale.

My two buddies and I spent a nice day on the water today here at Holden Beach, NC. The weather is more like early September than mid-October. Sunny and warm.

Well, we caught us a mess of sea trout today, many real nice ones, but nothing to come close to your 35%.

I will post some pics in a report when I get home.
