When the final time and location are decided we should let Wellcraft (their corporate PR folks) know. We might be able to get them to pick up some expenses (ie. pig roast.) It's a great publicity event for them.
I volunteer to contact them when we have all the details.

That was one of the original ideas B93, it looks like since we have no objections the date will be
JUNE 2ND- 4TH CHEERYSTONE CAMPGROUND VA. Also we have a couple of guys on this site that have connections with Wellcraft, I'm hoping who ever it was reminds me because I forgot. Definetly want to hook up with them. Also Franco did you ever get that T-shirt design finished, I have someone here I can go to to get some made up unless someone else can do it from this site like before. Looks like we have around 15-20 guys coming so its a good start, MJ I'm talking about guys from both posts not everyone is doing it here, just did a rough count last night going thru the posts.
