Might I ask why you chose to cut it out rather than seperate the cap and hull? I ask because mine needs a new floor and transom and I thought it would be easier to just seperate the two rather than section it out.

If you have that much repair work it would be much easier to take the boat apart. That what I did.

I've never seen one with the engine mounted in the splash well.

lol new location for outboards lol mine only needed a floor so no need to go to the trouble of the cap removal, i hope to ask $5000 for the boat turn key when finished, depends on how much it takes to get right.

sorry guys i only marked the stringers on the floor today soi can lay out the wood floor to it's strongest way ;D ;D

SKOOL, you whats the next step on the floor. Will you cut pieces of plywood to fit the shape of the floor skin, then resin each piece to the deck.
