Hey MJ, I run several departments at a car dealership, one of them is the body shop. You need to check your policy, that should be covered under the comprehensive part of your insurance. Ck you policy, a lot of times there is no deductible on comp. And it shouldn't cause your rates to go up. Looks like your gonna need a hood and fender, blend the door and a pillar area to repair. They can overnight the parts at the dealer, should be about a 4 day repair!

Push your employer for their insurance to cover and if you have to, ask them to pay your deductable. That stinks.

I know from experiance that will not be covered by the facilty insurance.
I had guests at my house and one of my trees fell on the cars.
I argued in all directions I could and my homeowners would not cover the damage.
I even asked if that means that if a tree falls on my house
it would not be covered?
That was a different story.

Insurance is such a racket.

We lost a couple of trees here and a large limb fell on the back porch while I was sleeping, around 11am, woke me up.

Sorry to see and hear about your truck, but look at it this way, at least it was'nt a ford, that would be a shame to see a good truck get hit. ;D ;D
