How stable is the V20 at rest?

I used my V20 to fish indian river delaware. Very nasty inlet. Did a lot of drifting. Got slamed broadside more than a few times. The v20s are very stable abeam. Worst boat I was ever on while drifting was a 24 albe but one fine headsea boat. Like the man said its all a compromise
