I'm not to familiar w/ the procedure, but can those hatch covers be injection molded? They are pretty flimsy and I feel it's only a matter of time until a youngster or clueless fishing buddy marches all over it, then......"#% &^*$#$"

I suppose that if you have the know how and equipment you can make it from what ever you want!!
Some Buddy with the right smarts, could make a ton of cash on Wellcraft V20 replacement parts!! Look how much stuff is needed here, Times that by how many other V20's out there and you have a pretty good Business!! And with the internet on your side you can get the message around pretty good! Hatch covers, cuddy doors, windsheilds, rails, hatch covers, gas tanks, per-made transoms, ect ect ect......??

A few years ago I might have tryed it??
But with no hands towork with I would never be able to do it now :'( I need to build 3 new rods, I am not sure I can do that anymore? O to be 20 years younger!!
