			Small ones that I've caught on the peirs I just scale, gut and cut off head. *Then I make cuts perpendicular to lateral line the length of the fish down to but not through the bone on both side. * Batter and fry on both sides til done. Now the bigger ones I've caught around the nearshore reefs I just fillet and fry them bad boyz! Pretty dern good man! * Heck of a fight too! *Pound for pound they put a bream to shame for pull *;) *8) ;D

			Yes it is a 232 gulfstream and the best way to cook them in my opinion is to fry. I have a fish fry every year in Aug for my birthday and most can't tell the difference between them and flounder.
