Default Transom repair

What arjay product is best to use in a transom-they list different desities. Also, is seacast or any of the other pourable products good?

Default Best Method to fix a cracked Transom

I posted on the first page with links for seacast, our 74 has a seacast transom, I'm running a 150 with jackplate, I'll never have to replace it because of rot..................

How about raise the floor a couple of inches to make it self bail better?

You are correct it was three pails, 15 gallon of which I spill maybe one or two :)

that year should already be self bailing and already have a 25" transom....unless some mods were done by previous owner
