I just did a search for "Nipple" and I found this post, what a disappointment :'(

my V doesn't have that style plug it uses the rubber style. good thought from our Stinker hey Stink i just got your message what ya needing brother?

Hey Stink, great idea, here is my version of the plug. Tool Maker Style
I used a .250 X 3" CRES dowel pin. I set up my plug and drilled and reamed the hole to .249 to get a .0005 to the side press fit.


Then just for insurance I drilled and tapped a 1/4-20 hole from the inside and installed a CRES set screw.

Stinky, I like yours better. It is more ergonomic. One of you needs to look into patenting these things.
