Good morning. I am new to the world of V20 and to this forum. Currently I am eyeing a '79 V20 on eBay

I contacted the owner and got permission to drive up to inspect the vessel. The engine and outdrive were so shiny I thought they had beem repainted. The owner has assured me this is not the case. What I would appreciate is the opinion of those of you with far more experience than I as to the value of this V20. What is its worth? Is the 3,000.00 range reasonable?
