Pretty fancy.

All we got is a wire coat hanger hanging out the back of ours so it just stays on the local weather.

We didn't know how good we had it, we had 4 down low and three up top. UHF always was a crapshoot.

HEY NOW, I WAS that remote control growing up. Even when I got cars and such as a kid, they still had them cord things coming out of the back of them. Couldn't afford them cordless ones.

Been eyeing this one though. Can't afford one of the fancy ones, but my son likes this one.

That thing is huge, nearly 3 ft long. Patrick could ride it. Saw a couple 1/5th scale stadium trucks at Graves, very cool. 34 cc 2 stroke power.

Don't get too involved unless your willing to,(I stole this from a wise man), Go to the ATM, draw out the maximum. Go home, set the pile of cash in the middle of the dining room table and start burning the money bill by bill. Setting each one on fire in turn and watching each one burn up into pure ash before igniting the next. If you are comfortable with that undertaking, proceed on, same litmus test for boating really...

Ferm, you aren't gonna get stung too bad with a $100 toy. BUT Replacement parts are not avail from the box stores. So when it breaks, your just out the $$$. I've learned a lesson or two. Actually that is how it started with the cars/trucks. The wife purchased a dimestore toy truck for Melissa (maybe $15 bucks). It broke, she tried to hot glue and duct tape it back together but eventually lost the battle. Hobbytown USA here we come. Brushless anything starts at $175 and the sky is the limit. 1/10 scale Brushless electric truck that runs in the low 30's is $250-350 depending on 2 or 4wd. Buy a good charger and a couple extra lipo batteries, and the safety case, there goes another hundred plu$. It never ends. ie. Save the money on batteries and chargers and go gas, Nitro or 2 stroke... never ends... We started with a 4wd 1/16 scale for $75. Not brushless nor lipo powered. Parts are readily available and we still use the truck. It has been going all year.

Hence why I have a CAROLINA SKIFF now. Can't really afford a boat, but I can't be boatless either, so I had to get something CHEAP to run and maintain. I looked into nitro before, but the general consensus was that electric was the way to go with the new lipo batteries. And right now I couldn't afford new, so that leaves me with used, and with used you have no idea how it's been run, so it's not to say I could afford that either. Trying to save up now to buy a gas golf cart. We have a bit of property here, and with not being able to walk much, I need a way to get around better.

Here I've been thinking of putting RC on my gas golf cart...

Imagine how people would react when they get on it and realize they aren't controlling it!
