That was them starving indians on the bluff. After they figured out to throw them on a fire not so many died from hepatitis and diarrhea.
Being an aphrodisiac was probably not the case then, just walking around in a stupor from the effects of food posioning. ;D

Funny you bring up the indians....me and my lunch buddies had an interesting conversation today. The subject was cavemen and indians. The main dispute was what's the difference? And whether or not cavemen lived in America. Having been an avid indian artifact hunter for the past 4 years I've done quite a bit of research on the subject but getting people to believe me is a different story. Not to mention there are several theories on native americans and how and when they moved into the area we now call America.

What I found is basically that the word "caveman" is a misnomer that people use to describe how they percieve aincient man to have lived. Hairy, hunched over, carrying a club, draggin women around by their hair, etc etc.

Indian is a misnomer as well because as you and I both know - this ain't India - but that's the name Columbus gave them because he thought he had landed in India. So really the most appropriate name for these first Americans is Native American or in other words the first humans to live in America.

Then we digressed to evolution vs. creation and somehow landed on that old TV show "Land of the Lost" talking about Sleestacks, Pylons, and why the dad left one season and got replaced by the "uncle" ;D

I have great friends here at work! We love to debate! ;)

Ok, so what, I hijacked my own thread ::)
