Well in this case, I have to swap sides because the steering cable won't reach around and make the bend. I need the threads on the steering side of the boat to insert the cable and tighten it up. I'll take some pics today.

Normally, the starboard side of the boat is the side that the steering cable enters the tilt tube from.

This one is threaded on the port side right now but I believe I can remove it and switch it to the other side...
