Fuel Sending Unit Make?

I pulled my fuel sending unit and need help identifying it. It is from my 94 V-21 and I believe it it the original one. I tried to google the P/N with no luck. I prefer to replace it with a similar one. This one worked well (until late last season anyway) and did not fluctuate with movement of the boat. Any advice to the manufacturer would be helpful.
My second question is where can I get the OEM rubrail from? I would just like to replace a section.

I just want to say that I have been a lurker here for sometime but never posted. I was a member here before I purchased my boat and it helped in making my decision. I read here almost everyday and like to think that I read just about every post. The threads provide a wealth of knowledge from people who have been there done that with their V's.
