MJ, *I'm not an attorney but I believe if a business is involved in interstate commerce which a shipping company would be, you can sue them where ever they conduct business.

actually once that motor crossed state lines it becomes Federal

The Motor has been found!!

They say it will be here at my house tomorrow!!

I tryed to stop it in RI but they say I am not the paying coustmer and that only the joker I mean broker can stop it?? I wanted to pick it up.

I won';t rest till its here!!
