Yo STINK,
did you router out the bottom of the starboard ? I just ordered some starboard myself, but in 1inch, so I can route out the bottom so it fits overtop of the lip on the hatch cover.

No Hammer, I didnt...I only used some 1/2" than I had already. I wanted to do just what you said, but didnt due to $$ and the fact that I already had some 1/2" material. I want to get some and do it the way you are though....good thinkin. ;)

I was just gonna let yall know I dug around till I found a friend with a friend that works for a sign company. Getting the Hooker's badging done for FREE!!! I like free!!! ;D
