Pulpit install / assembly...

Alright, here is the new proposed pulpit setup:



So watcha think. *I'll probably put a cleat on each side, just for balance. *Had I known I was going this direction, I'd have used 8" cleats instead of 10". Also, after further consideration, I don't really like my chain tensioner. *Think I'm going to use one of these instead:



So, before I fire up the drill, any opinions?
