hey phes i just read the article.
the only word i can think of to describe what i read is

UN****INGBELIEVEABLE!!!

these pieces of sh!t drag up 5,000 pound of fluke to keep 100 pounds.

you read that right.
five thousand pounds and their limit is one hundred pounds.

they then proceed to discard 4,900 pounds of dead fluke not to mention other species as bycatch.

i'm speechless. (not really but you know what i mean).
