CTT, check teh site whre you copied it from,

If you copied just the link than the site may have updated and moved their stuff.

If you find it again,
right click on the animation and
pick the option of saving the file.
Then you can upload it to photobucket and link it from there.

To do this, I right clicked the animation
then picked the properties tab.
Copy the URL inbetween the image inserts.
Image inserts are up above in Add YABBC tags
second row down fourth from left.
