man Tuna....you got a mess there. Looks like mine when I got it. I started over and yanked them all out.

I could not get my bilge pump working from the switch on the dash......could not figure out why.....well the previous owner (a^*hole) cut out a 5' section of wire between the two ends. did not know until I took out the side rod holders. >:(

All that wiring in gonna come out. There is a spot where the paint has worn away on the starboard stern corner and I can see the spot where the old drain had been.

The suggestions for a metal through hull and access hatches are great.

The wirng will happen soon so it'll be servicable for this season (salmon season opens in May in my part of Northern CA).

Next winter I'll replace the dash, re-do the plumbing/scuppers, access hatches, replace the gas hatch with starboard, and replace the rod boxes.

Thats the way to do it!! One step at a time!!

All the work I did was over years!! Never wanted to miss a season of fishing!!

And with me any way it takes like 3 seasons to get the boat set up the way I like it. Every year I think of something to add or to make something different till I know were everything is and it is a comfortable as it can be.
For years now I have been fighting seats? I like to stand most of the time driving, then there are times I want to sit, I have had 3 seats already and now I am going different again this year?? :-/
