Default Prop that Honda...

Old gas suckin' rude died, so hung a Honda BF 150(afraid to ask what BF stands for)...propping has been trial and error...think it's gonna be 16 pitch w/cup(double D?)...anybody got thoughts or experience w/this?

No experience . . . but congrats on the new engine. You'll have to post some performance numbers when you have the engine broken in.

Reelapeelin, A good shop that reconditions sells new and used props should be able to telll you what prop to put on also if you try it and need to go up or dowm they will usually exchage it . Though about four blades? better out of the hole, fule economy but you will lose 2 or 3 MPH at Wot. Crusher

Thanks, guys...Crusher, good idea, but dealer figgered cost of prop into deal, so that's where it'll come from...he's workin' at it, great guy to work with...same shop that kept my old gas suckin' rude spinnin'...150 is a new item for Honda, so didn't think anybody had plowed this field, but on the other hand, ya'll never cease to amaze!
