Its a trip! *I'm scared to death of that place! *But that is the place to catch the stripers. *Not a bad catfishin hole either.

I did some research on how HR got the name High Rock. *Before the lake was made (man made) the yadkin river ran where the dam is now. * Tall Rock cliffs on each side earned it the name High Rock. *Much of the rock cliffs are just under the surface of the water now.

You scared of HR or TT?

I have never striper fished, but I want to learn.
