Jig saw puzzle update. I finally was able to get back to the door project. :) I decided to ues the Gorilla glue due to its expanding properties. I've got both halfs to the point that is in the pictures (if they open). I've got to find *some 1/8" smoked plexiglass because the old stuff is to scratchy. I know of a place in Norfolk that sells all sort of plastics so that is not a problem. After reassembly I am going to find someone with a drill press and set them up for installing 1/4" dowels.

Gotta hand it to ya 2nd chance, more patience then me.
But if you got the time, tools and place to do it. Go for it. Wish I had a garage. All my tools are boxed in the shed. As far as that smoked glass. Seen a site or maybe E-Bay that was selling some. Think I seen some at West Marine as well.
