Re: 1983 WELLCRAFT V-20 STEP LIFT FOR SALE
No Jackplate and it's cut down to 20" in center, as my 87' is. The mark almost looks like where a tie down strap may have been, but not quite. I'd have to see a better pic of the transom before I went to lool at it.
