Is that a Jag w/ a bumper-hitch?...
...looked at Venture's site...they spec Tie-Down disc brakes!! ... RUN!!... RUN like the wind!! :P

Yea but that one has no brakeas, and you can add, and go with a different brand. Of coarse I would never have them any way!
