Default Single fried oysters w/ butternut squash.

It's whats for diiner tonight. ;D

Drian the oysters and coat well w/ House Autrey Seafood breader. Drop into hot skillet w/ oil for about 3 minutes and flip for another 2 minutes. Remove onto paper towel.

Cut the ends off the squash, then cut in half and remove seeds. Coat insides w/ butter and brown sugar. Wrap in foil and bake at 325* for about 40 minutes.

Mmmm, Mmmmm good.

I cooked dinner for Mom & Dad at their place tonight. They loved it. Stopped at Wallymart to pick up some gloves and, on the way out the door grabbed a Jelly Donut and coffee for desert. Yep, we got Dunkin Donuts in WalMart.
