Used to reload for 45ACP 38/357 and 30.06
Have a standard Rock Chucker and used to reload because I competed in PPC with the 38 and IPSC with the 45. I shot a lot then. Mostly with a group of friends (police and gunsmiths) Have not done it for many years now and bulk ammo in those two calibers is cheap and my time was valuable so no reloading for about ten years. Now I am more mellow guy, shoot once a month or so to keep my form up, I have been teaching Police Officers how to shoot for 25 years and teach at the Police Academy (recruits) and in service for veteran officers. Teach handgun , shotgun and combat courses. Attended Smith and Wessons Combat shooting courses in Mass. and their instructor courses and brought them back to my state and academy. Now I just shoot for enjoyment and have the reloading stuff packed away for the future if needed. Use the time to fish, chase the CEO around the house and manage a group of cowboys at the Police Dept. Those things keep life interesting ;)
