With me they all know I'm armed, most believe I'm semi certifiable to begin with. So what has been working so far is to stand there, shake their hand and stare straight into their eyes for a second or two.
They usually wilt or turn away pretty quick. It is a dominance thing like a dog peeing on the tree 8)
