Call them and they will be able to tell you!! I didn't get were you are from?? If you buy this boat how are you going to reg. it?? Most places say you have to have a title for anything over 14' ? Maybe your state doesn't make you have a title? But I would ask the old owner if he has it! Good Luck!!
