He'll calm down after he gets the boat in the water and pushes the throttle a few times...obviously suffering from aguatic-acceleration-deprivision (AAD)...commonly known among doctors treating people who love older boats...sometimes obseved in people w/ brand-new boats... ;D ;D ;D ...
