In Delaware, rock fish is strped bass.
Black Sea Bass, I wish I would pay attention when I go on the charter trips, our capt'n always goes to a marked area just off the coast between Jersy and Delaware. We end up with a cooler full of them. Excellent eating and not bad even after being frozen a while.
