I'm pretty sure it is, I've been to Rickys shop in Wanchese. I love his boats. In reality I'd like to have on of his 32' Express boats.

I could be wrong, but I think that's the Janie Mac. Sailed out of Wachapreague VA for a long time. Just sold and moved south, back to NC I believe. Beautiful boat either way.
