Fluke Rigs - WHats been working for you?

I used to think all the flash was a waist and only would fish with a white bucktail and sinker. Now, if a fluke SEES both baits, one with "flash" and one with out, I still dont think it makes a diffrence. Recently I have convienced my self that the flash will grab the attention of a fish that other wise would not know the bait was there ??? Fluke are site predeators, and they wont hit what they don't see. just my opinion, trying to find out what is working for others.
