Default Gold Fish and Walleye

Spray cookie sheet with pam

Melt butter, amount depends on the number of fillets

Crush a bag of Petridge Farm gold fish crackers, salt and pepper to taste, cruched red pepper can be used

Dip fillets in butter then coat with the crushed crackers place fillets on cookie sheet

When you are done coating fillets place cookie sheet in a 350* oven for about 15 -20 minutes. *

Enjoy!
