2ND: THE COUNTER ROTATION SECRET IS IN THE GEARING OF THE LOWER UNIT I BELIEVE, EVERYTHING ELSE IS THE SAME, THE PRICE FOR TWO ENGINES SEEMS TO BE AN EXCELENT PRICE FOR 2001 ENGINES.
