Hi Rob - we are starting to think more seriously about buying a house in the New Port Richey FL area to use the Wellcraft down there for fishing. Anything you can tell us to help us would be great. Costs in total for taxes, water, power, insurance? Problems concerns - flooding, sink holes, termites, you name it. Our email is [email protected]
