Default Re: 1972 V20 CC transom job more pics!!

OTF:

I was wondering if you could do me a favor. I am thinking of installing an in-the floor live well just aft of the forward deck and was wondering if you could provide measurements of the space where you have your tank mount so I can shop for a bait well prior to ripping it all apart.

Thanks

Kamikaze

FYI. The reason I'm looking at installing a live well maybe of interest to you. I see you are enclosing your transom and assume you will be installing a bracket? If so, I recommend you keep your fuel tank as far forward as practical to counter balance the motors weight on the bracket. I recently installed a bracket on my 74 CC and believe the fuel tank ( 55 gals) should have been placed a couple feet further forward than where it currently is. My boat sits lower in the stern than what I would like, thus the need for a live well up front.
