there are a couple of members that have 200's on their boats and get close to 50mph, I've got a 150 and can get near 40 out of it w/ a stock 3 blade aluminium 15x17, you SHOULD be doing better than 44 w/ a 225. There are a couple of good links about props in the link section...or you can ask for some input from our resident propmaster REELAPEELIN....he seems to be pretty much in the know about propellers, and he's got a Honda too.
