Hey Pipe...... I'm in Annapolis, MD. The boat is in the water on most but not all weekends. 6 months straight in the water and I would be sorry in didn't paint. Actually about 2 weeks would be to long.

Hey Rick, you're absolutely right. I'm just a couple of minutes from Annapolis in Riva off the South River. Out here, two weeks would be too long to go w/o paint.

You lost me here??? Why are you painting? Your hull, minus the damaged, area looks good from the pictures. A good buff job and would look even better.

As much as I dont like gelcoating, for the small repair you have I would just fix the small damaged areas and spot roll them with gelcoat tinted to match. This is for sure the best and quickest fix!
