Looks real to me, as the CG boat "allegedly" hits the other boat you can see the "impact" as the camera and cameraman gets jolted a bit, and, you can also see some spray of water coming off the back of the speedboat at the exact time the CG boat cuts him in two. Pretty convincing

I am trying to remember any CG boat I have ever seen that flys the ensign on the stern and not on the mast, I know for sure it is not one of the more common CG boats, look at the rail and deck combing in the video right before the impact. *I am pretty sure it is a personal boat being used by CG Aux, *still studying it though. *I am sure the boat with the camera man is the one that hit the other boat but I am not sure it is a CG boat at all.
