Hammer, liquid nails is a construction ADHEASIVE and has no foaming qualities I know of...the ''two-part'' stuff is a CLOSED-CELL FOAM, which is what you wanna use in a marine application...careful how much you use, it expands and WILL crack fiberglass when it does... :o...
