Not a bad looking boat at all. How much did you pay ??
So how do you reinstall the floor now, so the floor just doesnt flop in ?, install brackets to keep the side flush ? Tricks of the trade I guess. Mike.

Hey Dab,
I noticed the transom has rods run to the bilge area. That's a sure sign the transom is shot. You'd be better off to cut the whole floor out transom to the dash and all sides. You'll have to cut the cap to put a new transom as well unless you are removing the whole cap.
