Default Is this a "step V" ??

Ad says 1992 Wellcraft 21'. Does this look like a "V"? Don't have a better pic. TIA

edit: after looking at more, it does NOT look like a "step V". Wellcraft didn't make another CC in 92, did they?

....and a Bracket!

Description
1992 21FT Wellcraft.
Trailer included. this boat has spent all of it's life on a lift in the summer and trailer in the winter.

* Standard marine waterproof VHF
* Jensen marine CD player
* Lowrance fish finder

It has 4 yr old Yamaha 225 Saltwater series outboard. Runs but needs the head unit rebuilt, so machanic told us. It started playing up, and made some odd noises mid summer, and was hauled and not fixed.

The haul is in great shape, it is missing a couple of trim pieces, and the wire loom is hanging low under the console. This boat is being sold "as is".

Tin, that may be a Wellcraft, but it's not the traditional V20...on the otherhand, it does look like a nice CC...if the $$ right and everything else checks out (no soft floors or transom) and the boat works for you, heck, go for it!!...if it were me, I'd be lookin' at repowering rather than rebuilding...block may be cracked or some other damage not repairable...I guess a rebuilt power-head would work, too...anyway, if you got a REAL GOOD Yamaha Tech, that you can trust, talk it over w/him...

Assume price doesn't include trailer as it doesn't fit...but all-in-all, looks like a great fixer-upper... ;) :D...

I don't think I'm interested in a non-Step V Wellcraft.

Price isn't bad if the motor is salvageable....and a bracket to boot!

I emailed the seller and will call in a few hours for more details.

$2400 is probably a bit too conservative estimate of repairs for quality work.

Tin, I believe the V20 center console went a few years past '92. I think somewhere around '94 but I'd have to check that.

That boat above is the Coastal version. Nice hulls, but they don't have the bow flare of the V20.

Thanks rick. So, the 210CC has less deadrise, 18 degrees, than the Step V.
