Default Always something.......

Well with a 24 year old boat and a 24 year old motor, something is always going wrong.

thank god last nights was easy. the drain plug on my heat exchanger was missing when i fired the boat up last night and raw water was pooring into the bilge. well i found the plug in the bilge, but the idiot previous owner had used a regular steal bolt(rusted in half) instead of brass, >:( so drove to the local parts store bought a brass one and was on the water within an hour.

i love it when it is a quick and easy fix. ;D

no kidding, with the amount of water pouring into the bilge I am not sure if the bilge pump would have been able to keep up??? :-/
