You no all my pics are now all less the 60 kb's and look great!!
200 kbs is a pretty big pic! I would say you should make the gallery limt 100 kb's. Does this board have a auto resize feature?? Maybe you can set it for what ever size you think is good and then that will be it?? Just a thought.
