I knew there would be some good reading from a Stinky Hooker fish report.Sounds as if the rest of your charter is not as seasoned as you, Stinkman.Well you did manage to get a couple of nice fish in the boat. One question...how did that Trophy handle?

Like crap. I garantee you that my 18 Wellcraft would have handled the conditions as well as the 21 Trophy. The Trophy is narrow to be a 21' boat. I was surprised at how dependably the Opti ran(this time), but I wasnt impressed at all with the Gay Liner. I have always heard they are sub par and now I know. I mean I am not knocking it...its a 99 and a pretty boat, but that is just it...its pretty... It IS NOT a hardcore fishin machine. It is made for family cruisin on the lake...not beat your arse saltwater fishin. I mostly hated the layout inside...there was very little room and my 18 was much more fishable. Of course he hasnt had it long and hasnt put much in it either. It only had fout rod holders too. I mean dern, I got like...12 in my 18. ::)
