Default 248CC

These flolks had this 1983 248cc for sale without the motor for $4,500 came with a dual trailer... looks like a nice set up. Gotta love that solid transom and bracket setup. I called the guy, didnt call me back.... That 248cc looks like alot of boat. Z

Wish there was a better pic of that transom, not sure what they did there. That is sweet, never saw a CC 248 before, very nice. Should be a good riding boat to begin with but with an bracket that thing would be as smooth as a Willy pick up line ;D

The guy called me back, he couldn't get rid of the boat without power, so he put a 2003 hammie 200 HPDI on the back at it brought $9,800. Still souunds ok to me. He said he moved the cc forward to have more aft fishing room. I talked to a guy from the islands and over there they would move the cc all the way back and sit on the transom, they say best ride all the way back..

Hey Willy, you mean smooth like, hey babe you wanna buy me a beer and I'll make you famous... ;D Z

Where is the boat located?

Did yamaha get all the bugs worked out of the HPDI's? I hate to get some with a bug prone motor.

The HPDI's are suppose to be a low fuel 2 stroke correct?

I can't see the picture for work but the boat sounds nice.

thanks

Wellcraft made a 248 center console with a forward cuddy. They were great hulls. They also made them with twin or single sea drives, twins and large singles.

Yea Zebra something like that. And I think he moved the console forward more for balance of the hull. either way it sits well and looks sweet.
