Default Holiday Fishing

It was a great weekend! *Three days fishing and Sunday spent with family. *I took today off also, here's todays catch!

pardon my ignorance, but, is that jumbo lake perch really a "jumbo" or is that a large one?

Hey Mac, nice looking picture. That'll be one to remember I'm sure. Looks like a table full of fish. Are you freezing some for later or havin a big fish fry?

Yes it was a table full. *i have seen larger perch but they were on a leader board in an Ice fishing tournament. It probably is just a large one but it was a jumbo to us. *WE did freeze some cooked some and have given the neighbor some. *I like deep fried the best but this time I baked it using Gold Fish Crackers ( cheddar flavor). *Bill Mc ;D
